Learn more about how the Warrior Games Family Program supports families of the athlete.
Our Program
The Warrior Games Family Program supports families attending Warrior Games by providing two loved ones per athlete with round-trip flights to the host city, lodging, transportation to/from sporting venues, official credentials, meals, and spirit gear.
Led by Fisher House Foundation, the Warrior Games Family Program has proudly supported our athletes and their families since 2012. Fisher House Foundation believes a family’s love is good medicine. Keeping military families together during a medical crisis and through recovery helps the whole family heal.
Warrior Games is more than just a sporting event for competing athletes – it is a celebration for families who get to share in the fun and excitement. “For some competitors, this is the first time their family is seeing them after their rehabilitation, and they see that there is life after injury. Having a family’s love and support, and knowing there’s a whole community rooting for them, makes all the difference to these brave men and women. It is an honor and privilege to see these athletes and their families thrive – together.
